6-month guarantee: how it works
All our interventions come with a 6-month guarantee (season guarantee for wasps and hornets). Here's how it works, in full transparency.
What the guarantee covers
If the treated pest reappears within 6 months of our intervention, we come back and carry out a new treatment, entirely free of charge. This guarantee applies to all our services: bed bugs, rodents, cockroaches, ants, wasps and hornets.
Travel fees
Under the guarantee, a travel fee of €50 is systematically due for the follow-up visit — it covers our technician's trip to your property. The treatment itself, however, remains entirely free: you never pay twice for the same treatment.
Our prevention advice
After each intervention, our technician gives you prevention instructions tailored to your situation (hygiene, sealing access points, washing linen at high temperature, etc.). Following them greatly reduces the risk of the pest coming back.
How to activate the guarantee
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp within 6 months of your intervention, stating the date of the first visit and the nature of the issue. We'll schedule a new appointment as quickly as possible.
What isn't covered
The guarantee covers the return of the specific pest treated during our intervention. It does not cover a new infestation of a different kind, nor damage that already existed before our visit.

Warranty: what you need to know
Yes, the treatment itself is entirely free under the 6-month guarantee. Only the €50 travel fee remains payable.
This €50 fee covers our technician's trip to your property. It's systematic under the guarantee, regardless of the situation.
After this period, a new intervention is treated as a new request, with its own quote.
